Job Requirements:
- Implement behavior treatment plans designed by the BCBA for service delivery in the clinic setting
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to clients ranging from 2 - 18 years of age
- Demonstrate accurate data collection using an electronic data collection system (Catalyst)
- Timely completion and submission of session notes
- Build positive rapport with client families and team members
- Maintain clear communication with BCBA, team members, and families regarding client's treatment objectives and progress
- Maintain current CPR certification
- Maintain current RBT credential and meet all state registration requirements
- Maintain clean and orderly work environment
- Attend and participate in any mandatory staff trainings
- Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures
- Ability to stand, sit, engage in typical motor play activities with young children, and lift up to 50 pounds
