Job Requirements:

• Implement behavior treatment plans designed by the BCBA for service delivery in the clinic setting
• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to clients ranging from 2 - 18 years of age
• Demonstrate accurate data collection using an electronic data collection system (Catalyst)
• Timely completion and submission of session notes
• Build positive rapport with client families and team members
• Maintain clear communication with BCBA, team members, and families regarding client's treatment objectives and progress
• Maintain current CPR certification
• Maintain current RBT credential and meet all state registration requirements
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment
• Attend and participate in any mandatory staff trainings
• Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures
• Ability to stand, sit, engage in typical motor play activities with young children, and lift up to 50 pounds
