“My passion for the field of behavior analysis is fueled by serving my families with ethical and compassionate services. I strive to make every learning experience as naturalistic as possible by teaching skills in an environment that naturally promotes opportunities for social interaction and social communication. I believe every child deserves to make friends and to learn how to be a friend.
I love motivating therapists through developing stronger skill sets in order to set them up for success while promoting a positive, team centered work culture. It truly makes my heart happy to see the results in our clients lives when we develop a team that loves what they do and where they do it at.
I do not believe that a diagnosis defines the children that we serve. The diagnosis is only a starting point of finding where the child is within their world and bridging the gap into bringing them into the world around them by creating functional, purposeful skills that improve their life and the family unit as a whole.”
In her free time Tiffany enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.
